Five years into his journey with CBI Health, Sahil continues to make a difference by helping clients rebuild not just their physical health, but also their confidence and sense of purpose. “I love working at CBI Health because I get to be part of an incredible multidisciplinary team that truly puts people first. Every day, we collaborate to support clients in rebuilding their independence and helping them feel like themselves again. We’re celebrating Aaron’s incredible 15-year milestone with CBI Health! 👏

Aaron began his journey with us in 2010, shortly after earning his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta. Drawn to the profession by a passion for helping others improve their function and quality of life, Aaron quickly found his home at CBI Health, a place that aligned with his values and commitment to meaningful care.

In his early years, Aaron focused on worksite assessments and home visits for WCB clients, experiences that broadened his understanding of the OT role and deepened his dedication to professional growth. Over the past decade, his work has centered around Functional Capacity Evaluations, where he’s earned certifications in Work Well, Matheson, and E.P.I.C Lift protocols.

Throughout his career, Aaron has been a valued mentor and preceptor for OT students, a supportive teammate at countless events, and a trusted clinician to the many clients he’s helped regain function after injury, the part of his work he finds most rewarding.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys an active life in Calgary with his two sons, Luke and Ben, cheering them on at hockey and baseball games and embracing the balance that CBI Health’s supportive culture provides.

Congratulations, Aaron, on 15 years of dedication, compassion, and excellence, and here’s to many more! 🎉 🎊

The energy, resilience, and community spirit were truly inspiring. It was a privilege to connect with so many passionate ultra runners and supporters who share our commitment to health, wellness, and movement.

A huge shout-out to our amazing team - Reema Rajpal, Madie Campbell, Kritika Singh, and Sulabh Singh, for representing CBI Health with such enthusiasm and heart.

Thank you to the Bush Bi***es Backyard Ultra organizers and volunteers for putting together a phenomenal event that celebrates endurance, community, and the joy of pushing limits.
