My intentions for Sukha Space for 2026

To continue building a space that feels grounded, supportive, and intentional.

Somewhere you can show up exactly as you are and feel listened to and cared for.

My hope is that Sukha Space feels like a pause, a chance to slow down, an opportunity to let your body soften, and quiet your mind for a bit.

Through bodywork and classes, my aim is to offer moments of pause and relief.

A space to slow down and reconnect with the part of yourself that doesn’t need to perform or meet expectations.

You’re invited to slow down, rest, and feel supported here.

Every session is personalized to meet you where you are that day.

We begin by helping your nervous system slow down through gentle touch, grounding techniques, and relaxed breathwork. This allows the body to soften and settle into rest.

As relaxation deepens, the session flows into integrative bodywork, which may include slow, mindful touch, craniosacral-inspired techniques, hot stones, gentle stretching and supportive release.

Sound healing is introduced throughout the session using carefully chosen instruments to support the nervous system, encourage deeper relaxation, and help the body fully let go.

The vibrations work alongside the hands-on work to calm the mind and support integration.

We finish with subtle energy work and quiet integration time, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and deeply supported. 🤍

A very exciting update to share with you! 😍

I’ve been working on Sukha Space for quite a while now.

It was something I hoped to bring to the community much sooner… but life had very different plans for me this past year. 🎢

Going through cancer has been a very difficult and isolating journey, and I knew that when I returned to practice, I wanted to come back in full health - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Lately, I’ve been feeling ready again, and honestly excited to reconnect with my clients.
I’ve missed the hands-on care and sense of fulfillment that this work brings me. 🫶🏻

With that in mind, and with a clearer idea of how I want to work moving forward, I’m reopening my practice in Bouctouche. 🥳

I’ll be offering Integrative Bodywork as a NON-RMT.

Integrative Bodywork is a gentle blend of massage-inspired touch, nervous system support, craniosacral-style work, sound healing, modalities that encourage ease of body and mind - an approach that combines the techniques I’ve gathered over the past 10 years.

This means I’m not practicing as a regulated Registered Massage Therapist anymore, and sessions can’t be billed to insurance.

This shift allows me to work in a way that feels more aligned, gentle, and sustainable for my body long-term.

💛 Healing with Intention – Rescheduled 🌧️

Due to the forecast calling for rain and showers tomorrow morning, we’ve made the decision to reschedule our event to next Sunday, July 27th from 9–11am at Irving Arboretum Park.

This event is all about creating a peaceful and nourishing experience outdoors, and we want everyone to feel cozy, comfortable, and dry as we move, breathe, and connect together. ☀️

She came in holding her breath.

You could see it in her shoulders, the tightness in her jaw, the way her hands stayed curled into little fists.

We began with the breath. Just noticing it.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Then soft intuitive movement.

Gentle hands on her back reminded her she wasn’t holding it all alone.

Little by little, her body let go.
The shaking stopped.
The tension dissipated.
Her breath softened.

By the end, she whispered,
“I didn’t know how much I needed this.”

This is what Sukha offers.

Permission.

To soften.
To feel.
To exhale.
