1:15pm - 2:30pm Handstand FUN-damentals - Let’s get you upside down! In this handstand workshop, you’ll be learning all the essentials to get you started on your handstand journey in the most efficient way. If you have already been working on your handstands but feeling stuck in your progress, you’ll be learning simple yet effective alignment details to help you unlock those next level balance skills. There will be a big focus on body positioning so you can maximize efficiency while reducing risk of injury.

3:15pm - 4:30pm FIND YOUR BALANCE (*pre requisites) - To attend this workshop you must be able to walk on your hands the wall (belly to wall) and hold yourself up for at least 10 seconds AND you must be able to kick up into a handstand (it’s okay if you still need the wall behind you or a spotter for your kick ups).
In this workshop, we’re going to be spending more time upside down & on our hands. This sessions will be all about helping you understand how to find more consistent balance, working with shapes like straddle, half tuck, L and tuck. We will be breaking down how to use the wall as an assistant to accelerate your progress instead of relying on it as a crutch.
