In life we face many obstacles. Some are conditioned, some are acquired through trauma and others are just part of who we are.

We all need to decide if our limitations are holding us back in ways that don’t make us proud of ourselves. Are those limitations preventing us from seeing new versions of ourselves we’ve never met?

Ask yourself these questions, then challenge yourself to try to fly and be willing to give grace even if you fail. 🫶🏼
