Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 ! The 1st of July is also your friendly reminder to !

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer affecting women worldwide.

Take a look, take a feel and take a mental note. Knowing your normal is the best way to know when something is off. Let’s all check our chests, breasts, pecs, armpits and collarbone for any lumps or changes ✌️

Remember, not all lumps are cancerous, but any changes in breast tissue should be discussed further.

Early detection is key, so stay aware and informed!
