I studied massage therapy right after finishing my bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After having spent many years working as only a trainer, or only a massage therapist, I have decided to marry the two, and take my rehabilitation skills, training skills, and massage skills to the next level. I offer training programs and massage treatments to rehabilitate and ameliorate performance in any activity. I love working mostly with sports teams, athletes, and people who have chronic injuries.
