Complications can occur depending on different factors:
• Patient-related: not massaging as instructed, which may lead to nodule formation, or a history of keloid scarring.
• Injector-related: incorrect dilution or poor injection technique.

PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) is fully bio 🌱
It’s biocompatible, biodegradable, and even comes in a glass vial—yes, environmentally friendly too.
I love it because it stimulates your own collagen production, giving results that are 100% natural.
One of my patients called it the “Time Machine injection”—and honestly, that’s the perfect description.
I trust what I inject, so I accepted the challenge and used it on my own face.
I’ll need a second session in 4 weeks, and the results? By the end of May.

2025 has come to an end.
It was probably one of the years that left me with the most memories—and the most lessons. I learned so much this year, both personally and professionally, and I carry all of it with gratitude.

As I look ahead to 2026, my focus is clear: strengthening my bond with my daughters, enjoying precious time with my family, and continuing to grow professionally. I’m starting this new year full of dreams, motivation, and hope.

Intraepidermal carcinoma (Bowen’s disease) is a superficial form of squamous cell carcinoma in situ, meaning it is confined to the upper layers of the skin but still requires proper medical evaluation and treatment.

🔎 How does it develop?
It often arises from actinic keratosis, a precancerous lesion caused by chronic sun exposure. As with most skin cancers, UV radiation is the main risk factor.

⏳ Important clinical clue:
This particular lesion evolved slowly for almost 10 years and was initially itchy—a reminder that skin cancers can progress gradually and silently.

⚠️ When to be concerned:
Any skin lesion that:
• does not heal
• grows over time
• bleeds
• changes in appearance

should be evaluated with dermoscopy, not just the naked eye. Early diagnosis makes a real difference.
