Welcome back, Flow Tribe! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted, but I’m so excited to dive back in and share the powerful energy that’s circulating right now.

As both an American and Canadian, today stirs something deep in me.

I feel immense gratitude for my roots—growing up with the freedoms, resilience, and complexity that make the United States what it is. While I now call Canada home, and feel so fortunate to live and work in this beautiful country, I carry with me the soul of an American—one shaped by history, hope, and a belief in the power of transformation.

Today, I reflect on the strength of the American people, the courage it takes to keep striving toward a more unified, inclusive, and conscious future—and I feel hopeful. Change is never linear, but evolution is inevitable. And I know we’re rising.

To all my fellow Americans, near and far: I see you, I love you, and I celebrate the light within you.

Today, as both a proud Canadian and American, I stand in deep reflection and reverence.

No, Canada may not feel like the country we once knew. So much has changed — and in many ways, so have we. But I still believe in this land. I believe in its spirit. I believe in the resilience of its people. And I believe in the potential that lives in the heart of every one of us who calls this place home.

Transformation isn’t always tidy — but it’s always sacred.
