It's easy to become accelerated in our day-to-day lives.

Wherever you are and whatever you may be doing, pause for a moment. Become aware of your breathing it and deepen it. Check in with tension you may be holding in the body and release it. Notive how you feel after this short mindfulness exercise.

This holiday season, Trillium II is helping out those in need. We will be sending a barrel of donations to Africa, where it will be distributed to benefit many families. We are collecting donations of the following items:

-Non-perishable foods
-Clothes and shoes
-Personal hygiene items

If you would like to help out, please drop off your donations! Also, leave your name and phone number with the packages because we will having a giveaway! 🥳 First prize is a full scholarship to our upcoming online class in February on Psychic Develpment. Second prize is a 30-minute reading with Cindy. We will be collecting donations until Christmas!
