This year's Pride Celebration is coming up on Sunday, July 6!

Join us from Noon to 4 PM at Dorchester Park for an afternoon filled with fun, face painting, songs, and dance! We even booked a bouncy castle!!

Everyone is welcome at this event!

Victim Services of Middlesex-London is holding a community drop-in tomorrow night (May 28th) at the Thorndale Lions Community Centre from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Staff will be there to provide emotional support and practical assistance as needed throughout the evening to community members.

Anyone who feels they need help is welcome.

On the mend with my snuggle buddy 🏥🥰

I had my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery on Wednesday and I’m already on the road to recovery!

The first two days - I couldn’t do much of anything. Couldn’t even hold my phone lol but the human body is pretty amazing and I’m able to now use my fingers and am working on my thumbs.

My palm and thumb area are very tender from where the ligament and muscle were cut. You can see some bruising in the one photo. But this is all normal!

Each day I’m doing more and more and the pain is getting less and less. I’ll be back at the surgeons this Wednesday to have my incisions checked and stitches removed.
