ENDONASAL THERAPY
Functional Cranial Adjustment
Definition of FCA: “A method of improving cranial biomechanics and releasing connective tissue restrictions to improve oxygenation and nutrient circulation in and around the central nervous system using finger cots through the nasal passage that apply expansive pressure.”

FCA (also known as Bilateral Nasal Specific Endonasal Cranial Therapy) Endonasal Balloon Adjustments is a specialized technique designed to improve the alignment of the nasal passages, optimize breathing, and improve overall cranial function. This non-invasive procedure involves gently inserting small inflatable balloons into the nasal passages, which are then briefly inflated to mobilize and realign the bones of the skull, particularly the nasal, maxillary, and other facial bones.

The Relationship Between Skull/Men Strain and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Diseases
Many patients present with chronic sinusitis or blocked eustachian tubes, where the ears fill with fluid and cannot drain. Some patients experience migraines and tinnitus or chronic jaw pain/clicking, known as temporomandibular joint disorder. These chronic ENT conditions may also be accompanied by brain fog and the inability to focus clearly or early signs of depression.

There are three main causes of ENT conditions: 1) Environmental sensitivities, such as seasonal allergies or exposure to toxins such as mold or viruses; 2) Food allergies and sensitivities, such as gluten, yeast, dairy, etc.; and 3) Poor cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow due to cranial restrictions or meningeal tension in the head and face.

If you have tried to eliminate the environmental or food sensitivity and the condition persists, there is a good chance that there may be chronic restrictions in the cranial and meningeal system that are preventing the cerebrospinal fluid from flowing normally throughout the skull, affecting the sinus chambers. Restrictions in the cranial/meningeal system accumulate over time (usually months or years), sometimes due to childhood head injuries, falls, or concussions. This causes the meningeal layer to tighten, preventing the cranial and facial bones from expanding and contracting, resulting in poor cranial rhythm. This loss of adequate cranial rhythm results in poor flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which is responsible for nourishing the neurons in the brain. This ultimately leads to poor circulation to vital organs of the head and face, including the glands, temporomandibular joint, sinuses, and canals such as the eustachian tube. This leads to inflammation and toxicity buildup and a tendency for recurrent infections.

Simply put, poor structure leads to poor function.

The solution must be addressed at the upstream cause of the problem rather than trying to fix every symptom downstream. Restoring cranial rhythm by expanding the meningeal layer so that the cranial and facial bones can expand and contract freely is the goal of Functional Cranial Release, an endonasal balloon therapy procedure. This is done slowly over four consecutive days to gently open the cranial/meningeal layer from the inside out through the nasal passages. By relieving the restriction in the endonasal chamber, the sphenoid bone can move again, restoring proper air passage in the nostrils for improved breathing and nitric oxide production in the nasal cavity. Mouth breathing is reduced. The sinus channels are opened to allow proper drainage of the congested sinuses. The opening of the Eustachian tube is freed and the temporomandibular joint is restored to its proper position.

In short, many common ear, nose and throat (ENT) conditions are resolved by releasing restrictions in the cranial/meningeal system and allowing the body to function and heal itself by restoring cranial rhythm.

Reasons why you should try endonasal therapy.
If you have experienced or been told by a healthcare professional any of the following, please contact me.

Painful chronic sinus infections that get worse with each passing year

Difficulty breathing through the nostrils

Deviated septum, facial or cranial asymmetry

Post-concussion syndrome (PCS) symptoms that persist for months or years after the injury

Sports-related PCS (hockey, mixed martial arts, rugby, soccer, lacrosse)

Chronic temporomandibular joint or jaw pain that does not improve with dental appliances

Facial pain - not related to trigeminal neuralgia

Eustachian tube blockage causing tinnitus and ear pain due to chronic cold/flu infections

Brain fog, balance and/or vestibular problems

You have seen several doctors and specialists, but no results

You have been told that you need invasive and/or radical surgery to fix the problem

You have been told that there is no solution or that “it’s all in your head”

The Bi-lateral Nasal Specific Cranial Technique was originally developed by Dr. J. Richard Stober, The technique was first used to treat infants and children suffering from head trauma from birth, for example, cerebral palsy, hearing loss, autism, ADHD, etc.

I began my nasal-specific practice in 2014 and treated hundreds of clients with vertigo, post-concussion syndrome, etc.

As such, I am an experienced practitioner of the Bilateral Nasal Specific Technique. My goal is to continue working on bringing relief to those suffering from these cranial dysfunctions.
Thank you for reading and I hope I may be able to help you someday.
Dedicated to your health and wellness.
Serge Kruglov.

The effect of the nasal-specific treatment can be incredible from both a structural and symptomatic point of view. It is used for allergies, concussion, traumatic brain injury, psychiatric problems, migraine, temporomandibular joint, dizziness, sleep apnea, visual impairment, loss of smell... the list goes on. It is indicated whenever there is cranial dysfunction or skull defects, such as in childbirth, a fall, a blow to the head, etc. Clients who suffer and have tried other methods and treatments are welcome recipients of this very powerful treatment. According to his testimony, he brought relief to thousands of suffering patients.

Nasal specific is a powerful method in which the bones of the skull are adjusted correctly. Developed by Dr. Stober in Portland Oregon, is performed using a small balloon by inflation that is inserted into the nasal air passage.
Once in place, the balloon inflates, forcing the crib to press against the bones lining the airways. This pressure regulates the sutures of the skull, especially the sphenoid bone, relieving pinched cranial sutures and weakening forces in the skull.

This treatment is helpful specifically for post-concussion suffered people. When a concussion is left untreated correctly, many clients complain about progressive pain and different other symptoms. For people who are exposed to repeated head injuries, like military or athletes, rapid nasal specific treatment is especially important.

The nasal release technique is a powerful structural technique that regulates the bones of the skull. It was developed by Dr. J. R. Stober from Portland.
This procedure uses a small finger bed attached to an inflatable device that is inserted into the nasal passages. Inflation of the balloon presses outward on the bones lining the airways and adjusts the sutures of the skull, especially the sphenoid bone. This ultimately relieves the forces that have entered the skull, eliminating any pinching in the cranial sutures.
How does the procedure work?
In case of facial trauma, such as a car accident, fall, boxing / martial arts, concussion, birth injury, etc., the skull bones are exposed to force. When the skull is not properly aligned, the rest of the body will try to compensate by changing the way we move. It can cause poor posture, shortness of breath, chronic pain, headaches/migraines, and even depression. The nasal release technique ensures better bone alignment, which optimizes neurotransmitter activity throughout the central nervous system.
What can I expect from my treatment?
The nasal release technique is performed with a crib attached to a blood pressure bulb. The finger cot is placed between the turbinates. The blood pressure bulb inflates the crib, which expands inside the nasal passage. The patient takes a deep breath and holds his breath. Then the finger bed is gently inflated, penetrating the nasopharynx and expanding it.
