Out of Depression I provide coaching and workshops to people who have depression problems. I teach people how to heal depression without medications.

I have been suffering from depression since about the age of 25. For more than 20 years, I have tried dozens of techniques, and I speak with my students about those techniques that have shown good results.

Welcome to my page. It is for people who want to heal depression without medications, using only natural methods.
I have been dealing with depression for over 20 years. During this time, I have tested different methodologies to find natural ways to treat depression, as well as to understand its possible causes.
I have tried dozens of different techniques. In my coaching sessions and in the course, I will share with you those techniques that have shown good results.
Everything that I will talk about is my personal experience of 20 years, and my personal research.
