MASSAGE:
Our Nutopian signature massage delivers a full mind-body treatment. It has an impact on the body’s muscular, nervous and circulatory systems, and in turn supports the immune system. It helps relieve general muscle tension and pain, and promotes healing of certain injuries. It is commonly sought to relieve asthma, headaches, and even alleviate some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. It is often recommended as an adjunct therapy in depression, anxiety, panic and sleep disorders, as well as stress relief. We customize our Nutopian signature massage to fit your needs; whether you're looking for a relaxing massage to help with circulation, or a therapeutic massage to help with chronic pain, our massage treatments are sure to please! MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE:
MLD is a therapy that consists of specific gentle movements similar to massage that are used to encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid through the body’s system, away from the tissues. The lymphatic system plays an integral role in the body’s immunity. If this system isn’t functioning properly or there is a blockage somewhere in the lymph nodes it can cause health issues ranging from swelling to lymphoma. By receiving MLD it helps boost the immune system, detoxifies the body and improves vitality. Relief of chronic pain and reduction of symptoms experienced by those suffering chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and repetitive strain injury. It reduces blockages in the body promoting health in respiratory, circulatory, endocrine and muscular systems. Regeneration of tissues, including burns, and wounds. FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a manual therapy in which the therapist uses their hands and fingers to stimulate certain points on the feet. At times, a reflexology tool may be used to add to the effectiveness of the therapy. There are over 7,200 nerve endings located on your feet that correspond to your body’s glands, organs and systems. By stimulating the reflex points on the feet, issues such as stress, migraines, breathing and digestive issues are relieved. It boosts circulation and is a beneficial therapy for diabetics. It has been proven to help restore hormone balance in the body thus assisting with PMS and Menopause. PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD! REIKI
Reiki literally means “universal life force energy.” Reiki is a gentle non invasive yet powerful healing technique that uses this life force energy to help promote balance and healing. Reiki works on all levels of being, physical, mental and emotional. It creates a deep sense of relaxation, promotes natural self healing, relieves pain and supports the immune system. It balances the energies in the body by removing blockages, enhancing personal awareness and creativity. You are fully clothed when receiving a Reiki session. The practitioner uses a series of hand positions to transmit the Reiki energy from source, the practitioner is not manipulating, directing or interpreting the energy or the individual, but is rather acting as a conduit through which the energy may flow. The energy is absorbed through the chakra system, which are small energetic vortexes located throughout the body. The hand positions are usually a light, steady touch directly on the body; they can also be done by holding the hands just above the body, without touching. Reiki therapy can be done in person or can be sent at a distance when needed (to receive distance reiki it is recommended that at least one in person session is done prior)

Reiki is extremely beneficial for animals as well. In animal studies Reiki treatment produces clear signs of reduced stress as indicated by changes in biological measurements such as heart rate. Studies have also found Reiki to be effective for pain and anxiety. The way animals react during and after Reiki treatments clearly show that they do benefit from the healing energy. CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
Effective March 1st, 2022, please respond promptly to our confirmation sent 3 days prior to your appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations made 48 hours or less will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the cost of the booked service. Cancellations made the same day/no show's will be subject to 100% of the cost of the booked service. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to inform NUTOPIA holistic centre a minimum 48hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Late Arrivals Policy
Please arrive at least 5-10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment so that we can start on time in order for you to get your full session. Depending on our schedule, late appointments may not receive the full time allotted for the service booked. Full payment will be required for the original time booked.
