Are you struggling to lose weight or did you plateau ? Have you tried just checking to see if your lymphatics are not clogged?
Imagine this:
Your body is like a big garden.
Your blood vessels are the rivers carrying fresh water (nutrients) to every plant (cell).
Meanwhile, your lymphatic system is the tiny network of streams and drainage pipes that carry away old water, fallen leaves, and debris (waste and toxins).
🌿 But what happens when the little streams get blocked or slow down?
* Puddles start to form.

* Plants begin to drown or wilt.

* The garden feels heavy, muddy, and sluggish.

🌊 Now picture someone gently opening up those streams again:
* They lightly guide the water in the right direction.
