There is a very cool story behind Heffernan First Aid’s logo. It was designed by someone very special to reflect Alyssa’s love for dragonflies (and who dragonflies remind her of), her background in Aquatics and her passion for preparing others to be confident in a first aid emergency. Happy 9 year anniversary pretty logo! Alyssa has been facilitating first aid and CPR training for 17 years now.

It’s very hard to fully express how incredible it was to watch my oldest and his team mates earn the A final Championship this past weekend. It was an intense game with 2 overtimes. Such a close game. Congratulations ❤️
