My name is Kim Depatie and I am a Registered Practical Nurse and a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO). I graduated from the two-year Practical Nursing Program at Cambrian College wherein I achieved the Honor Roll and Deanβs List.
After graduating from my program, I became employed in Long Term Care as an RPN and developed a passion for working with seniors and disabled adults.
While working in LTC I completed training in programs such as Gentle Persuasive Approach in Dementia Care, P.I.E.C.E.S - Putting the Pieces Together Training, Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 & 5 Steps, Mental Health First Aid Canada, CPR and First Aid HCP.
I have seen firsthand the need there is for consistent quality care and decided that I could really make a difference within my local communities by providing this type of care in client homes giving them the opportunity to stay at home longer and enjoy more time with their loved ones.
I am a strong believer in lifelong learning, Integrity and hard work and I will bring these elements into my business.
Currently I am a resident of Dowling, Ontario where I have resided for the last 10 years. I am very excited and looking forward to providing Home Care for the residents of Greater Sudbury. My services will include non-medical and medical care depending on the needs of the individual.
My promise to you is that you will receive, exceptional care in a professional and caring manner.
I look forward to working with the rest of your Health team and building a personal service made just for you.
