Another factor is that massage can cause headaches due to increased blood flow and circulation to the head and neck,which is common with most individuals. Remember a hydrated body is a happy body!
#2 AVOID INTENSE WORKOUTS/ACTIVITY❌🏋: This can counteract the relaxation and muscle recovery benefits of the treatment. Exercise or intense activity immediately after a massage can put unnecessary stress on your muscles and cause them to tighten up again. Allow your body time to fully adjust and recover from the massage.
#3 STRETCH DAILY🙆♀️: Even just 5 minutes a day can make a big difference! Stretching after a treatment can keep the joints mobile, improve flexibility and maintain the looseness in muscle and tissue.
