What is Let's Talk Mental Health?

Lets Talk Mental Health is a community created by Sabrina Cartwright and Bree Miller, two individuals whom have been handed the cards of mental illness. Right now it is a YouTube channel discussing all sorts of mental illnesses and tips and tricks on how to manage, as well as fun follow along activities for everyone. As well as a page dedicated to spreading positivity throughout the day. With new volunteer involvement and time and effort dedicated, lets talk mental health will hopefully become so much more than it is right now.

What do you hope to accomplish with Let's Talk Mental Health?

With Lets Talk Mental Health I hope to accomplish multiple things, with community support and involvement being one of them, fighting the stigma about mental health being another as well as eventually creating our own safe space for individuals to join and connect with one another.
