Meet Janessa (also known as Jay) ✨rmt

Jay has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018, bringing a deeply holistic approach to bodywork that supports the nervous system, encourages somatic release, and creates a safe and grounded space for true restoration.

Her treatments are slow, intentional, intuitive — rooted in the belief that healing happens when the mind and body feel safe enough to soften.

In each session, Jay weaves together therapeutic tools such as myofascial release, slow sustained holds, cupping, and aromatherapy. They also offers holistic facial treatments — nurturing, restorative experiences that may include Gua Sha, facial cupping, Kansa wand, and grounding rituals that support relaxation and natural rejuvenation.
