It's spring!!!!
Okay, it's still a bit chilly, but the warmer weather is
back, and we'll all want to garden and tidy the house,
but be careful:
_ Don't do everything at once and without taking breaks.
_ Use a small bench or knee pads for anything too low,
especially in the garden.
_ Wear gloves.
_ Drink plenty of water, especially if the sun is shining.
_ Enjoy your drinks once everything is tidy.
_ Apply ice wherever it hurts (lower back or shoulders)
before going to bed.
_ Call Ben or make an appointment if the problem
persists for more than 3 days.

C'est le printemps!!!!
D'accord, il fait encore un peu frisquet mais les beaux jours reviennent et nous allons tous vouloir jardiner et ranger la maison mais attention;

_ ne pas tout faire tout d'un coup et sans faire de pauses.
_ utiliser un petit banc ou des genouillères pour tout ce qui est trop bas, surtout dans le jardin.
_ porter des gants.
_ bien boire, surtout si le soleil donne.
_ bien profitez de l'apéro, une fois que tout est bien rangé.
_ bien mettre de la glace, là où ça fait un peu mal (bas du dos ou épaules) avant d'aller se coucher.
_ appeler Ben ou prendre rendez vous, si le problem persiste pour plus de 3 jours.

Too much snow, may mean back pain.

3 easy steps to not have to come to see me;

1 the heavier is the snow, the smaller the shovel are should be. (Child shovel is perfect)

2 change side of shoveling every 20 moves, and don't forget to do break.

3 make your child or neighbor child shovel, it's less screen time for them and it's an healthy physical activity.

Trop de neige, egal mal de dos.

3 conseils simples pour ne pas avoir à venir me voir.

1 plus la neige est lourde, ,plus la pelle doit être petite ( la pelle des enfants est très bien par example).

2 changer de coter de pelletage toute les 20 pelletees et faire des pauses.

3 faites le faire par vos enfants, ça leur fait moins de temps d'écran et un peu d'activité sportive.

Si tout ça ne fonctionne pas et que vous vous êtes quand fait mal, alors je suis là ppur voir ce qu'on peut faire.
