Years ago, a mentor once asked me to complete the sentence “My value is…..”

I spent the next while trying to complete the sentence, trying to figure out what my value was.

Until my “little” voice whispered “The sentence is already complete.”

That answer even surprised the mentor. 😊

I just wanted to share that today for some reason, maybe someone needs to hear it. Or maybe I needed the reminder. 🤷‍♀️

It’s been a busy few months!! I’ve moved back to the lower mainland of BC, Canada and as much as I will miss the Northern Lights, my friends, and my in person clients there…I manifested this move in order to grow and expand in many ways, and I’m excited to start a new cycle in my life and in my healing practice. I’ve now set up my new healing room, and I’m ready to take on in person clients in the lower mainland, and of course virtual services are still available for those of you who are not nearby. I look forward to the spring, being near the ocean and the mountains again, and the many new beginnings to come with you all! ✨
