I know it’s a little late but…
✨ May the Fourth Be With You ✨
In a galaxy not so far away… (aka your nervous system 😅)
You don’t need to fight every battle like a Jedi.
Sometimes the real work is:
• noticing when you’ve gone into “Darth Vader breathing mode” 🫁
• resisting the pull of the Dark Side (aka overthinking at 2am)
• and remembering… you can pause before reacting
Because emotional regulation > lightsaber skills (most days)
Today’s gentle reminder:
The Force isn’t about controlling everything — it’s about awareness, balance, and coming back to yourself when things feel off.
So whether you’re feeling like Yoda 🧘♂️
or a little more like Anakin on a rough day 😬
there’s space for all of it.
✨ Be curious, not critical
✨ Respond, don’t react
✨ And maybe drink some water too
