The next few years are going to look a bit different for my doula business. I will only be taking 1-2 births/month as I have decided to embark on a new journey. I will be attending school for homeopathy, so my time will be quite limited. I am so excited to see where this new venture will take me. If you are looking for a doula please feel free to reach out and if the month you are due I have no openings I know of many doulas in the Edmonton and Red Deer areas that I can refer you to.

Yesterday was national prematurity day. As a momma of a few preemie babes, I thought it would be appropriate to post. This is to all the mommas who have had a preemie. You are strong, you are resilient, and you will get through this.
None of this is your fault! You did not fail your baby! Your body did not fail your baby! Your babe just wanted to meet you a little sooner than others. Hold your head high and be kind to yourself. Hugs to every preemie momma and papa out there.
