Heather has been a Reflexologist, Energy Worker, and Spiritual Healer for over 20 years. Her passion for Cranio Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation began when one of her children faced a serious illness. Witnessing her daughter’s remarkable recovery inspired Heather to study these modalities herself—and the rest is history. Committed to lifelong learning, she continually upgrades her skills to keep her knowledge fresh and current. Most recently, she earned her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation.

We did it!! Class J25-1, it has been a wild ride. There have been tears, cheers and lots of beers and despite how overwhelmingly stressful it felt at times, I wouldn't change a thing. I am grateful for you, the staff at Vicars and all the help along the way. Especially those who helped watch my dog, Kali. A special shout out goes to my BF Lois, who housed me every month for 4-6 days. You are a God-send.

Starting in Aug/Sept all the amazing things I have learned in the last 20 years will be held in the beautiful container of Massage!
