From recovery after surgery to living pain-free, physiotherapists help people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.

On World Physiotherapy Day, we asked Allison what she finds most rewarding about her work:

“Teaching people how to control their health through education, movement and awareness is incredibly empowering. It’s not just about providing treatment — it’s about equipping them with the knowledge and tools for lifelong well-being.”

Thank you to physiotherapists everywhere for the difference you make. 💙

Talk to your family doctor if you’d like to connect with a physiotherapist.
