On behalf of All Are Daughters, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the Hearths and Hands Quilters Guild for their incredible generosity in creating and donating 14 beautiful quilts to our centre. Each one is a work of care, compassion, and craftsmanship, and they will bring comfort and warmth to those we support.

We are also so thankful that this meaningful project was made possible through grant funding from the DVCF. Your support has helped turn kindness into something tangible that will be felt every day.

These quilts are more than just blankets — they are symbols of love, community, and support, and we are truly grateful. 💜

We had an amazing time attending the Spring Shaker for Opportunity Home Treatment and Recovery Centre 🤩

The support shown for our men’s treatment and recovery centre was truly incredible. It was so inspiring to see our community come together for such an important cause.🩵

A heartfelt thank you to Plains for generously donating the TV, and to the anonymous donor who won it in the silent auction and then donated it to our up-and-coming women’s centre. Your kindness and generosity mean so much.

Together, we are making a difference. ✨

Behind every dream is a community of people who quietly believe in it long before the rest of the world sees it.

Today we want to take a moment to recognize two very special supporters of All Are Daughters, Curtis and Jessica Patterson at the Nodding Donkey.

Many years ago, when Carrie was in a pivotal time in her life, Curtis and Jessica gave her an opportunity that meant far more than just a job. They offered encouragement, belief, and a place where she could grow and rediscover her strength. Their support during that time helped shape the path that eventually led to the creation of AAD.

When Carrie later shared her dream of creating a women’s recovery centre, Curtis was one of the first people to encourage her to follow that vision — a moment that ultimately helped set AAD into motion.

The Patterson family has been part of this journey from the very beginning. Their kindness, generosity, and unwavering support have touched countless lives in our community, and we are incredibly grateful for the role they’ve played in the roots of AAD.

I searched for a picture of just Jessica and Curtis but apparently they love to share the spotlight!

Thank you, Curtis and Jessica, for believing in people, for supporting second chances, and for being such a meaningful part of our story.

We are feeling the love today!!

Our Open House was an incredible success, and we are still feeling so grateful for the amazing turnout and the overwhelming support from our community. Thank you to everyone who came through our doors, shared kind words, donated, offered support, and helped make the evening so special.

A huge thank you our team at All Are Daughters and supporters who worked behind the scenes to make this event happen — we truly couldn’t do this without you.

And a very special shout-out to Anna Simard from The Crafty Cottage with Anna
Anna created the beautiful custom To-Go cups and key chains for our event and generously donated her time and talent by providing them to us at a discounted rate so we could raise funds for our program. Her kindness and creativity made a big impact, and we are so thankful for her support of All Are Daughters.

Also… fun fact: we were so busy talking, touring, laughing, and connecting with everyone that we forgot to take pictures 📸😂
Which just means it was THAT good of a night! BUT take a look at Anna's incredible work!
