🩺 Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at Mapleton Health Centre

Booking is now open for our 2025 Flu & COVID-19 vaccination clinics!
These clinics are by appointment only and available for rostered patients of the Mapleton Health Centre.

📅 Clinic Dates
Friday, October 24 — 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 14 — 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

💻 How to Book
All appointments must be booked online. Click below or visit the Appointments page on our website to schedule your time.

When booking, please indicate whether you’d like:
a flu shot, a COVID-19 vaccine, or both.

If you or a loved one are unable to book online, please see if a family member or friend can help. If all other options have been tried, give our office a call and we’ll assist you.

💉 Please note:
We cannot guarantee which brand of vaccine will be available at your appointment. All vaccines currently approved in Canada are considered equally safe and effective.

Additional clinic dates may be added based on demand. If you’re unable to attend these dates, please check with local pharmacies, public health units, or other community vaccination clinics in your area.

🌟 Today we say goodbye (for now!) to our amazing summer student, Keely. Over the past few months, she’s been such an incredible help to our team, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s contributed.

Before joining us, Keely brought a wealth of experience as a research assistant at the Institute for Aging, a retirement home guest attendant, and a pharmacy assistant. This fall, she’ll be heading back to the University of Waterloo to continue her Honours Public Health degree with a minor in Gerontology.

We wish her the very best in her studies and hope she’ll come back to visit us often. Thank you, Keely, for a wonderful summer, you’ll certainly be missed! 💙
