I know I haven’t been overly active on here, but I’m still out here doing the damn thang!
I’ve been quiet, but I needed the quiet to help clear my mind. And after a lot of work and reflection this past year I’m back, and want to say a heartfelt Happy New Year to all of my past, present and future clients !
This past year has been a difficult one, fighting the functional freeze that accompanied the different layers of grief that have plagued me on and off. I want to thank each and everyone of you who has come to see me, supported me in my business and held space for me. Whether it was through a quiet appointment, the deep convos, or the insane belly laughs, which admittedly haven’t been as plentiful this time around the sun, but you guys have kept me going and gave me a reason to stay out of the darkness of loss and grief and allowed me to do what I love and what I do best, give you some self care and pampering.

This month it’s coming up to one year after losing my Mom and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have gotten through without each and every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🫶🏼✨
