We've Got You Covered!

Did you know that Karmic Kneads is conveniently located downtown? We have two treatment rooms staffed by two therapists: Sonia, a registered massage therapist, and Emily, a second-year student therapist. In the front of our shop, Jenn runs a spacious yoga studio, offering a variety of yoga classes throughout the week!

✨Sonia provides cupping therapy during her massage treatments at no additional cost!
✨Bend with Jenn offers Yin Yoga with drop-in classes on:
🧘Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00–8:30 PM
🧘Sundays 2:00–3:30 PM
✨Emily is learning and treating with Myofascial Release techniques.
