1. Sip steady throughout the day: no need to drink a whole glass of water in one sitting!
2. Drinking slowly can also help you avoid things like digestive upset or acid reflux.
3. Add a lemon, some cucumber, or herbs to your water. Making your water more flavourful with these natural additives can make drinking it much more enjoyable!
4. Adding a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes to your water can improve its absorption into your body!
5. Include hydrating foods such as zucchini and leafy greens into your meals - water doesnโ€™t just come in liquid form, eating certain foods can help keep you hydrated as well!

And remember: water is medicine too!
