We don't need to rebuild your entire dialy routine, who has time for it, or the ability to stick with it... Instead we can build our self-care into transitions throughout our day

Before you go into work👉🏼 set a little intention for your day & take a deep breath
At lunch time/on break👉🏼 get outside, even for 30 seconds to let the sunshine on your face
After work/busy chores👉🏼 change your clothes + wash your face/shower, do it all sloooowly

Ok normally we really hate to rush you guys- but it's actually crunch time!

We have very limited availability these days, even as we continue to grow and expand our team, which is why we're reaching out to ensure we get you in before summer!

Don't get me wrong, it certainly doesn't feel like summer is here yet when you go outside, but the summer sun is going to be here soon & knowing that we want 3-4 weeks sun-free both BEFORE & AFTER laser treatments, this is your last change to get in.
