Happy New Year everyone! I just wanted to post a reminder of my cancellation policy. My cancellation policy is as follows:

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations of booked appointments. If a cancellation of any appointment is received with at least 24 hours notice, then you may reschedule at no extra charge.

If any session is missed with less than 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited and 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

The missed session fee must be paid in full prior to booking another appointment. If other appointments have been pre-booked, these appointments will be cancelled if the missed appointment fee is not paid in full prior to the next booked appointment.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and am reasonable about when I enforce my policy. Please remember I lose income for missed appointments and last minute cancellations and have other people who would have liked to fill that spot.

EDIT-August 27th is now fully booked.

Thank you everyone for your feedback! I’m happy to announce I’m going to go ahead and starting offering appointments on Sunday on a bi-weekly basis. The first Sunday being August 27th. If you would like to book an appointment for that day or another Sunday please text 226-377-5629, email sarahbuckleyrmt@gmail.com or message me here on Facebook. I also still have appointments available for September.

I just wanted to inform everyone that I am updating my cancellation policy. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service amount.

The cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to booking another appointment. If there are appointments that have been pre-booked, these appointments will be cancelled if the cancellation fee is not paid prior to the next booked appointment.

I am sympathetic and understand unforeseen circumstances may occur and will not charge a cancellation fee for those or for illness.

Please keep in mind your appointment time is reserved for you and failure to give adequate notice of cancellation results in being unable to fill the appointment slot.

The new cancellation policy will take effect September 22, 2022.

With the Ontario Government announcement that isolation is no longer required for those who test positive for Covid-19, I just wanted to remind everyone to please reschedule your Massage Therapy appointment if you are positive for Covid-19, if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you are feeling unwell or are sick with any other illness.

This not only allows me to protect myself but all of my clients from getting sick. I appreciate the continued diligence of all of my clients and all of the continued support for my business.
