I'm so happy to collaborate with Birth in Bloom Doula Services here in Dryden!

Some breastfeeding products in big box stores have been deemed “non essential” today because of the lockdown. This is unacceptable for nursing moms. We know how necessary these products can be during your breastfeeding journey.

Birth in Bloom services Northwestern Ontario, offering hospital grade breast pumps rentals, lactation support/education, as well as breastfeeding supplies (ni**le cream, breast pads, milk storage bags, and more!). You may also book virtual lactation support/education calls.

You can contact Birth in Bloom Doula Services for more information regarding these services and Little Mod Nest will be there to help support and arrange safe contactless pickup.

We’ve just been made aware of the current situation within local stores and what has been deemed “non essential”. We know how necessary these products can be during your breastfeeding journey. That being said we are partnering with our favourite local family wellness shop, Little Mod Nest to make sure you can access these essential products/services.

We know these experiences can be hard to talk about and with that we haven’t had enough people sign up to host our candle lighting in honour of pregnancy and infant loss this Thursday.

We feel that it’s important that we bring awareness to pregnancy and infant loss every day and not just this month. We’ve instead decided to supply bereavement baskets for those who have experienced these losses filled with items in honour of your precious babies that can be used any day, any time you need. These Boxes will include a candle in honour of your loved one, a journal, helpful resources, and some extra goodies. If you would like a box please message me and I will arrange to drop one off.

We are thinking of you often, and I want to deeply apologize that the event wasn’t able to take place.
