WORKSHOP: EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
Saturday, February 7th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This workshop is available for teens through to seniors, empowering you to release emotional and energetic blocks and manifest your deepest desires. Over two hours, I will explain the Psychological Intervention called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. This technique has been found to clear limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and foster emotional balance across mind, body, and energetic systems.

I will demonstrate how EFT can be used in a modified 3-part process to: First, identify and acknowledge emotional issues through setup statements that affirm self-acceptance. Second, tap on key meridian points while focusing on the problem to neutralize disruptions in your energy system. Finally, install positive affirmations during tapping rounds to rewire thoughts and invite abundance.
