Brooklyn's focus and experience involves treating a variety of conditions including chronic pain and tension, headaches and migraines, postural imbalances, and subacute injury rehabilitation. She utilizes modalities such as General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and joint mobilizations and takes a patient centered approach, adapting treatment plans and pressure to the specific needs of her patients.

Brooklyn is committed to working with patients to develop a treatment plan that supports their individual goals for rehabilitation, mobility, and optimal function.

She offers direct billing to most major insurance providers including Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and Telus E-Health Insurers (CanadaLife, Manulife, and Desjardins etc.).

Golden Tamarack Wellness, located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley, is looking for more Allied Health Practitioners to join our team of two Registered Massage Therapists and one Registered Acupuncturist. The studio is brand new in a secure, modern, multi-use building.
We have 4 treatment rooms, a bright reception area for clients and a comfortable staff room outfitted with a fridge, laundry and storage. Each of the rooms are very spacious with large windows.
Located just outside the bustle of downtown, the building is quiet with plenty of staff and client parking. The clinic is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
Our goal is to build a team of passionate, like-minded, and talented individuals united by a shared commitment to client health and fostering a supportive teamwork environment.

Available Rooms:

Water Room: Available part-time, Saturday - Monday only. It is the brightest room with windows facing East and North. This room comes fully furnished with a massage table and shared storage hutch. Rates start at $280/month.

Air Room: Available full-time and is semi-furnished with optional desk and storage hutch. This room faces north and features 2 windows. An electric massage table and/or additional furnishings are negotiable. The full-time rate is $1,400/month. Dimensions are 9.5’x15’.

Fire Room: Available full-time and comes semi-furnished with a gorgeous, powered leather couch. Additional furnishings are negotiable. This room features extra sound privacy insulation as well as a large 3.5x4 closet. Dimensions are 9.5X15, including closet. Full time rate is $1400. Part time starts at $280.

Included with room rental: Use of a common reception area with accessories
(office phone/printer/internet), Janeapp access, linens, laundry facilities, common staff room with storage and optional basement storage for large items. There is plenty of on-site parking for staff and clients.

Ideally looking for: Massage Therapists, Registered Acupuncturists, Counsellors, female health Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, or any other Allied Health Practitioners.

WE'RE MOVING!!

After much anticipation, we are super excited to announce we are moving to a new, larger location!
Find the new clinic on the main floor of the Hilltop Dental Building at #101 - 371 Brae Rd, Duncan, BC

New Location - New Opportunities!

Construction finishes mid March and we will open the second week of April!

Hello Hay River,

The time has come for me to move forward with my massage therapy career. Unfortunately, that means moving back to Vancouver Island and closing the doors of Golden Tamarack Wellness in Hay River.

I would like to thank all of my amazing clients and the town for having me for the past four years. I have loved my time here and will miss the community dearly.

The doors of the clinic will officially close June 10th, 2022. Those holding gift certificates please contact me via email at goldentamarackwellness@gmail.com. I will no longer be accepting new clients. Those people who were on the waitlist patiently waiting to be a new client, I am extremely sorry to not have gotten you in.

Goldentamarackwellness.janeapp.com will remain open for the next few weeks for existing clients to book the remaining appointment spots and to sign up to be on the cancellation list just in case something comes up last minute. I will unfortunately have to limit the number of appointments booked online by each person to two. The one appointment per week rule will still apply.

Thank you to the Community of Hay River for being so welcoming and thank you for helping me build such an amazing clinic! I will miss you all and am super excited for this upcoming new stage of my life!

Seasons Greetings, Hay River!
It's that time of year to buy a gift certificate to surprise your loved one! Cardstock certificates will be available until Tuesday December 14th and printable certificates will be available until December 23rd.
A note on purchasing a certificate for new clients: I am still taking new clients on a waitlist basis and a certificate does not mean priority. That being said, they do not expire! If you can wait patiently to get in, I am happy to sell certificates for new clients!
