A little bit about Sarah Smith R.Ac
Sarah Smith is an acupuncturist, mindfulness practitioner and food as medicine enthusiasts. Sarah's great curiosity about nature and movement of the human body have been the driving forces behind finding ways to bring the wisdoms of nature, with the science of modern medicine via traditional techniques of Japanese style acupuncture to each patient. She has worked in clinics around the world, from India with the Barefoot Acupuncturists, to Peru, to Bali's country side, to remote Canadian communities. Threw Sarah’s skill set, a range of therapeutic techniques are available to each patient in order to best treat the conditions they are desiring to address. Sarah aims to help facilitate increased awareness of each patient to their own bodies so that they maybe empowered and armed with more tools to help strength their relationship to a living a vibrant healthy existence.
