Violet Reynolds, Somatics Violet enjoys helping people improve function and decrease pain. Violet has been teaching Somatics and Yoga for 16 years.

Somatics is a movement practice that is gentle, promotes relaxation and improves function. Violet has a regular practice of Somatics and Yoga that allow her to keep practicing her chosen profession in comfort after 25 years. Violet is a nature lover and knowledge seeker who also enjoys knitting and gardening.
