We're baaaaack!

Last May, Rev Nicole Powell , Arlene Mills, Lana Ryan and I took to the stage for a sold out show at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney.

For two hours, we shared evidence of life-after-life, bringing through moms and dads, siblings, friends, grandparents and more.

There was a lot of laughter and a lot tears!

And we're back to do it again!

Sunday, June 14th, 2-4pm.

Get your tickets early as again, this was a sold out show. Tickets just went on sale today and are already getting snapped up.

Today is a tender and meaningful day.

Many of you know George and Wanda were meant to be married in the tea shop I co-own, The Blue Caterpillar Emporium. Instead, less than 48 hours before their wedding, Wanda passed away. The shock and heartbreak rippled through all of us who loved them.

In the midst of his grief, George asked me for help putting together his art installation — a task Wanda had been planning to do alongside him. It was an honour to step in, working with the incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate staff at the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre, and feeling guided by Wanda’s spirit every step of the way.

This exhibition is not only a reflection of George’s life, memory, and maritime history — it is also a quiet, powerful love letter. Wanda was his greatest supporter, his encourager, and his muse. Her presence is deeply felt throughout the work.

If you are able, please come down to the opening today.

Show George some love, hold space for his loss, and honour Wanda’s memory alongside him... ♡
