As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re surrounded by reminders to be grateful for family, for home, for all that’s good.

And while it’s easy to speak gratitude, embodying it can feel harder.

Especially when life feels chaotic, when grief lingers, or when our hearts are still healing.

I am learning and wanting to share that gratitude asks for presence not perfection.

It asks us to hold both the grace and the ache, to surrender into moments that don’t make sense, and still whisper thank you for the lessons we can’t yet name.

This season isn’t about pretending everything is okay.

It’s about noticing what's still holding on.

Which parts of us still need to be healed?

To embody gratitude is to live as though every part of the journey matters.

Because it does.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving, deeply rooted in humility, presence, and a gratitude that feels real.

I am Silvia!

The heart and hands behind withintention and a mother of three, forever learning how to show up fully for my family while still honouring the quiet call of my own spirit.

This path of Reiki Mastery, the Emotion Code, and soul-rooted work grew from my own search for women like me..

Mothers who carry both the ache and the wonder of wanting to care for everyone else while remembering themselves.

When I couldn’t find her, I chose to become her: the woman I needed.

The guide I longed for.

My hope is that you feel seen and supported as you become the woman you need, too.

Here, we remember that our souls are not separate from motherhood - they are nourished by it.

This is a space of gentle return, where you are invited to breathe, to remember, and to rise.

Fitting for tonight's full moon... 🌕

These words land deeply for me.

I've been working with the Emotion Code and the Energy Codes lately and what I’ve come to see is that the feelings and memories we tuck away never really disappear.

They live quietly in the background.

Sometimes showing up as tension in the body, other times as patterns that keep repeating in our lives.

When something rises to the surface, whether it’s a trigger, restlessness, or even unexplained heaviness - it’s not there to punish us. It’s our inner self asking to be seen, heard, and acknowledged.

I’ve learned to shift my question from “Why is this happening?” to “What is this showing me?”

That small change has softened how I meet myself.
Instead of resisting, I’m learning to listen. And every time I do, I feel a little more free, a little more whole.

Awakening, I think, isn’t about chasing light or trying to “get somewhere.” It’s about allowing what’s been hidden inside us to come forward, and trusting that each reveal is guiding us home to ourselves.

Gentle reminder: What comes up for you is not your enemy - it’s your invitation.

There’s a quiet wisdom that lives in the trees.

When we pause long enough to lean against their trunks,

feel the texture of their bark,

or simply breathe beneath their branches,

we begin to remember something ancient and real within ourselves.

To stay rooted while dancing in the wind.

To release what no longer serves us, just as they let their leaves fall.

To be patient, trusting in the cycles of growth and rest.

Next time you walk by a tree, slow down.

Take a minute.

Place your hand gently on its bark.

Breathe with it.

Notice the stillness.

The life.

The presence.

You might be surprised at the calm and clarity it offers.

If you’re a mother walking your soul path, you know it can feel like two different lives.

The one raising your kids - making snacks, picking up socks, breaking up sibling squabbles.

And the one raising your soul - seeking truth, deepening your practice, remembering who you are.

For a long time, I felt torn between them.

Like I had to choose one or risk failing at both.

But what I'm discovering is..

What if they’re not separate at all?

What if every moment - whether it’s looking for their friggin favourite shirt or sitting silently in meditation is part of the same sacred journey?

Motherhood doesn’t pull me away from my soul path. It is the path. Making memories with my children mixed in with moments of pause and reflection for deeper connection to Source.

My kids are the mirrors, the teachers, the unraveling. They reflect my shadows, my impatience, my strength, my tenderness.

They show me where I need to soften and where I need to rise.

It’s not two lives - it’s one. It's always been one.

And the more I embrace the mess, the noise, and the beauty, the more I see that motherhood is one of the deepest spiritual practices there is.

I'm still learning.

No one prepared me for what it would feel like to raise my children while completely rewriting who I am.

Motherhood already changes you. Your body, your routines, your priorities.

But a spiritual transformation?

That changes the way you see everything.

But there’s also grief.

Grief for the old version of yourself you’re outgrowing.

For relationships that no longer fit.

You start craving stillness and solitude, and let’s be honest, “quiet time” is often hiding in the bathroom for five minutes before someone finds you.

Some days, I feel like I’m doing two impossible jobs at once: raising children and re-raising myself.

But then I remember… Maybe that’s the point.

Maybe my growth is their inheritance.

Maybe my healing becomes their safety.

Maybe them watching me navigate uncertainty teaches them that change isn’t something to fear.

So, to every mom waking up to herself while still holding the world together for her family - you’re not alone. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to keep showing up, for them and for you.

Because you’re not just raising a child. You’re also raising the next version of yourself.

When the world feels loud, and life pulls us in a dozen different directions, it’s easy to drift.
Out of our bodies.
Out of the present moment.

Grounding brings us back.
Back into our breath.
Back into the now.

When we’re rooted in ourselves, we can truly connect to the earth beneath our feet, to the people we love, and to all that is.

You are not separate from this world.
You are woven into it.
And the more you root, the more you remember that you belong.

Vulnerability is scary!!

But holy s**t is it freeing!

It’s the choice to show up as you are, even when you aren't completely ready. It's the quiet strength in saying, “This is me… honouring this part of my journey.”

I've recently recognized that, when I'm faced with uncomfortable situations, I build a wall. I don't create a healthy boundary to remain fully in my power and I unknowingly give it all away. I'm learning that boundaries are meant to be flexible; encouraging growth and adaptability, while building walls hinders my progress and keeps me trapped in old habits and thought patterns. I'm leaning into this next phase by turning walls into connection, and silence into understanding.

Building a wall might keep me safe in the interim but ultimately my evolution will suffer. When we allow ourselves to be seen, not just the polished parts, but the messy, real, human parts - we create space for others to do the same - and that is vulnerability - that is connection.

Your truth, your story, your heart… all of it is worthy of being seen and felt.

Because when you dare to open, you invite healing, connection, and possibility.

Because everything begins within. ✨
