Hello! I hope you are all enjoying the beautiful weather and have fabulous plans for the summer!

I wanted to let you all know that I have ONE outdoor class scheduled this summer and would absolutely love to see you there!

The Deets:
Date: Thursday June 20th (AKA Summer Solstice)
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Venue: Hill Street Park (just off Locke St) or at Ore Movement on Locke St if the weather doesn't play ball.
Investment: PWYC and 100% of donations got to Salty Animal Rescue

This photo is from last year's Solstice class. The sunset was incredible and we had a beautiful evening raising money for a great local cause. I'm excited to do it again next week and hope to see you there!

Happy Easter folks! I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful long weekend filled with family, friends, and fine food πŸ₯°

Just a reminder that I’ll be teaching my final 8:30 yoga class tomorrow morning at Dundas Yoga & Fitness. It would be fabulous to see you before your Easter brunch or lunch plansπŸŒΈπŸ’—πŸŒΊ

Beyond that, I may pop up for the odd fundraiser so stay tuned for sporadic Summer Driving Park classes πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

I'm getting in just under the wire to wish you all a very happy International Women's Day! It has been an honour to meet so many fabulous women in our community over the last few years and I am so grateful to you all!

I never post on Facebook anymore so I'll take this opportunity to make an announcement... Unfortunately, I will not be teaching yoga in the Driving Park this summer πŸ˜«πŸ˜”πŸ˜“

As many of you know, I graduated as an Osteopath in October last year. My practice started locally but I have just taken a maternity leave position in Chatham so my time will be stretched a little thin from May onward.

The good news... There will still be outdoor yoga! Please give a big shout-out to Ant for keeping the 8:30am Sunday morning yoga community going strong (more details to follow from Dundas Yoga & Fitness). For now, I am teaching at Dundas Yoga & Fitness until the end of March and then I will be back in the Fall. I would absolutely love to see a few friendly faces so please drop in for a warm flow class if you can.

My final classes (for now) in Dundas are March 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st (Easter Sunday). Thank you all, the last 4 years in the Driving Park were such a wonderful blessing. I hope to return to lead our park classes again in 2025.
