Summer Yoga in the Park – Now Twice a Week! 🧘‍♀️🌳

We’re having an amazing summer at Dundas Driving Park with 25–37 of you showing up each week to move, breathe, and connect—and now we’ve added another class to the lineup!

📅 Sundays | 9am–10am – Vinyasa Flow
📅 Thursdays | 9am–10:15am – Hatha Yoga (Beginner-Friendly)

📍Dundas Driving Park – just to the right of the play structure, near the kitchenette
🗓 August & September – Two full months left!

Join us twice a week outdoors—whether you love the uplifting flow of Sunday mornings or the slower, grounding pace of Thursday’s Hatha class, we’ve got you covered.

These all-level classes are:

🧘‍♀️ Practiced lying down in a regular-temp room.

Please bring a mat, blanket, and eye pillow (if you have one)—whatever you need to feel supported and cozy.

All are welcome—no experience needed.
