Join Shanel Scott for a powerful Friday evening of deep rest and spiritual connection at Dundas Yoga & Fitness.

Begin with *Yoga Nidra* (7–8PM, by donation), a guided meditation known as “sleepless sleep,” designed to bring you into profound relaxation and prepare your mind and body for the week ahead.

Then, continue into *Night with Spirit* (8:30–10PM, $45), an intimate group mediumship experience where Shanel channels messages from loved ones who have passed on. A truly meaningful and heart-opening evening, with space limited to just 8 participants.
