Our Story

Highland Physio Inc. is a physiotherapist owned clinic with a well established 18 year history in the beautiful town of Dundas. We pride ourselves with providing evidence based care, with an emphasis on manual therapy and exercise. Our physiotherapists are encouraged to improve their clinical skills through ongoing education, both within the clinic and through taking external courses.

Our clinic is located in a beautiful historic building in downtown Dundas, surrounded by the Niagara Escarpment with beautiful trails and waterfalls. We are located a few kilometres away from McMaster University.

Our close-knit team includes 2 full time physiotherapists, 2 part time physiotherapists, 2 full time massage therapists, 1 physiotherapy assistant, 1 office manager, and 1 reflexologist.
