Hi, I’m Elisa 🤍
And I offer one-on-one sessions designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supportive way.
Clients have been leaving sessions feeling:

I’m also apprenticing under Joelle at Inner Peace Yoga in Connected Movement Therapy, learning how to work with the body as a whole connected system.
