We are SO excited to be back working with the for the 2025 season! 🔴⚫️🏈

Did you know that Dr. Leonardelli & Dr. Zanet have been the team chiropractors since 2018? This will be their 8th season with the team 💪

We’ve been blessed to work with so many amazing athletes, coaches, medical staff, and team personnel over the years.

Can’t wait to get 2025 underway and help the team on our quest to the Grey Cup! 🏆🏈

NOW OFFERING: REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

Please join us in welcoming Matt () to .healthandperformance!!!

🏠 Matt was born and raised up north in South Porcupine, Ontario and is a middle child of 3

He started skating at 3 years old, and grew up playing hockey (his fave sport! 🏒) but also played every other sport in high school (soccer, basketball, curling, track & field)

He was the captain of his high school soccer team and also helped coach the team after he graduated. ⚽️

Matt has a university degree in Criminology and History and is a huge WW2 History buff. 🌍

He loves animals 🐶, building stuff with his bare hands 🔨🪛, and genuinely helping people.

He is working on building a self-sustaining hobby farm/homestead in the next 5 years

He enjoys reading 📚, cooking, playing the drums 🥁, and singing.

Matt volunteers and works with autistic kids teaching them functional movement and exercises. 🧒🏃

We are so excited to welcome DR. BRIT ELLIS to our team at .healthandperformance!

✨✨✨

Dr. Brit was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia 🌊

She completed her Chemistry degree at Carleton university and did a research thesis in the molecular biology lab 🧬

She obtained her chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College where she tutored neuroscience, anatomy, and radiographic imaging. 🤓

She has worked on the sidelines with hockey and soccer teams, and has coached gymnastics. She also trains athletes one-on-one during their off-season. 🤸 🏒

Dr. Brit has continued her education in both athletics as well as pregnancy and paediatrics and has treated people from 2 weeks old to 95 years old! 🤰

She has a Great Dane named Abigail that is bigger than her, and is the biggest lap dog you will ever meet 🐶

She will deny she is a hardcore Swiftie but flew to Sweden for the eras tour ✨

She loves making bread, taking care of her plants, and DIY projects 🌱 🍞
