Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a profession which through the Evaluation the impairments and injuries and providing appropriate treatment help the clients reach to an optimal health.
Optimal health for each person is different and it means person be able to perform their tasks independently.

Our physiotherapists have a wide variety of treatments at their disposal, depending on your individual needs:
• Manual therapy
when you have pain and tension in soft tissue areas or joints, therapies like massage can really help.
• Therapeutic exercises
your physiotherapist may recommend therapeutic exercises. These will target specific muscles and build strength in order to return mobility and function and to reduce the risk of re-injury
• Prescription equipment and devices
In order to support or protect particularly vulnerable areas, we might recommend equipment like back or knee braces.
• Heat/Cold Therapy
Hot and cold packs can help with pain and inflammation around injuries in order to shorten the time it takes for them to heal.
• Planning and Training
When you are ready to return to play, we will give you guidance on how to proceed in order to minimize re-injury risk.
• Electrotherapy
These treatments may also be employed to relieve the symptoms of injury and stress and to help restore function and improve healing process.

Our expert team of physiotherapists will work for you to:
• Heal physical injury
if you’ve suffered an acute injury, we will find the best way to heal your damaged tissue, joints, or bones.
• Improve movement
People often face limited movement following an injury. We will work with you to regain as much of your range of movement as possible.
• Restore Function
It is one thing to heal the injury, but without restored function, you can’t get back to your favorite activities.
• Prevent future injury
through therapy, training, and teaching, we will help you avoid repeating injuries, especially to weakened or vulnerable areas.
• Increase strength and flexibility
one of the most important ways of preventing injury is to build strength and flexibility.
• Help you reach your fitness goals
ultimately, your goals are our goals. We want to get you into the best condition possible so you can get back out there and play!

Wednesday 5pm -8pm
Thursday 5pm-8pm
Saturday 9am-12pm

Initial Assessment (15 minute)s $45.00
Initial Assessment with Treatment (45 minutes) $115.00
Treatment (30 minutes) $70.00
Orthotics $380.00
Acupuncture prices are the same as Physio prices

Direct billing is available with most insurance companies and all payments are done with physio directly.
