Emma's Eatery RESTAURANT CLOSED but still promoting sustainable home-cooked food from scratch while supporting local producers.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED: Emma's Eatery was a small independently owned DINER in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, the home of Fisherman's Cove and is closed to the public and now providing sustainable food-service business consulting. Operating according to a sustainable business model that is passionately managed by owner, Kim Emma Stacey: Emma's promoted local ingredients by supporting all local suppliers and producers. We were proud to support local and sustainable economies in Nova Scotia by purchasing free range meat from Oulton's Farm, farm fresh eggs from Scotia Poultry, fresh produce from Taproot Farms, and seafood from our local suppliers. Emma's Eatery served all-day breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner. Thank you for visiting us at Emma's, where our food was like a warm hug from the inside out!
