Caramelized onion parmesan sourdough bread! The smell is amazing, I can't wait to try it! I always make caramelized onions with Epicure's Rosemary Garlic seasoning. Just puts it over the top!

Hello my spice loving friends!

Here is an update for you. I have heard that Epicure is in negotiations to be bought by a global company called Youngevity. We will see how that turns out. It is possible that our favorite products will not be lost forever!

In the meantime, I am going to try something new! There is a company called A Spice Affair. They are Canadian and have many of the same standards as Epicure. I have heard wonderful things about their products. Worth trying I'd say! They have a special promo on to order a 4 jar set of spices for $50 right now. That includes shipping, taxes, everything. I have placed an order for some things and I will keep ya'll posted with reviews!

To the wonderful community of Epicure lovers,

You may have seen the news - Epicure is in bankruptcy. It was announced at the end of last week. Everything is shut down. There was no warning and I think everyone is shocked. All that to be said, I still have hope that this is not the end of my FAVORITE cooking products. It is possible that Epicure will be purchased and carried on. I will keep everyone updated as things unfold.

I made a 3lb blade roast with the Epicure Beef Dip seasoning yesterday. It turned out PERFECT! The meat, the jus, absolutely delicious! You could also make a traditional gravy with the jus.
