Here are some early warning signs to watch for:

- Memory loss that disrupts daily life
- Difficulty with familiar tasks
- Disorientation with time or place
- Challenges in communication or word finding
- Changes in judgment or decision-making
- Trouble with letters or numbers
- Frequently misplacing items
- Personality or mood changes
