It’s a beautiful, clear day today, but who knows how long that will last. When the cold days hit, the table warmer is always on, hot towels are ready, and a warm room. And of course, hot stones are available for those extra icy days.

Although, for those who’ve known me awhile, you just gotta get past my cold hands! 😂 💆‍♀️

Just a heads up for anyone looking to book in for April; I’ll be off from the 9th-13th taking part 2 of the Lymphatic Drainage Therapy course in Calgary! Looking forward to that and hoping more people try it out.
Then I’ll be taking the usual days off for Easter the following weekend.
Until then, there are still lots of times available if anyone needs anything last minute.

Seeing as today marks the first real ❄️snowfall❄️ in Edmonton, seems like the perfect time to remind everyone to keep safe on the roads, keep warm in the cold, and keep up body maintenance by making sure to book your massage treatments ahead of time!

As we are noticing the days getting shorter, we know we're getting closer to the start of the school year!

We’re currently 19 days away from the 12th annual We’re Here For Ya Day community event and we are in desperate need of supplies.

We are in urgent need of (new) backpacks and school supplies for underprivileged children. We are currently anticipating that 2000 low-income children will be attending our free community event this year and it’s my goal to make sure that we have enough for everyone. 🎒🎒🎒

We are looking for backpacks for kids of all ages, and various school supplies such as binders, workbooks, rulers, and highlighters.

There are three easy ways to donate:

2. Arrange for us to pick up your donation by emailing canmandan@canmandan.org!

Posting on here letting everyone know that I will away on vacation from September 4th to the 15th. I have opened up a couple extra Fridays and Saturdays in the following months, so keep an eye out for those if they work better for you.
