Hello friends! Welcome to my page and thank you for following me.

My name is Dr. Katarzyna Podolska and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a primary health care practitioner I treat various health concerns including, but not limited to:
-Skin conditions such as: acne, aging skin, dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, rashes/hives, scars
-Mental health and wellness including: anxiety, brain fog, depression, insomnia, poor memory and focus, stress
-Digestive issues such as: abdominal pain, acid reflux, constipation and/or diarrhea, Crohn’s disease, gas/bloating, IBD, IBS, Ulcerative colitis, weight gain
-Women’s health including: endometriosis, enhancing health in pregnancy, fibrocystic breast disease, hormonal issues, infertility, low libido, menopausal symptoms, menstrual disorders, PCOS, PMS, uterine fibroids
-Acute conditions such as: cold and flu, ear infections, sinusitis, throat infections, yeast infections
-Other conditions such as: arthritis, fatigue, headaches, low energy, migraines, thyroid issues

My goal is to help my patients live their best life by addressing the root cause of their symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes, botanicals and nutraceuticals, laboratory testing, and referral for prescription medication if necessary.
I believe in empowering patients to take control of their health and I love teaching my patients about general disease prevention and how to optimize their health.

A little bit about me ...
I was born in Poland and immigrated with my family to Grande Prairie Alberta in 1990. In 2006 I moved to Edmonton Alberta for University, and it since then has become home.
Along with my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus), I also hold an Arts degree in Modern Language and Cultural Studies with a focus on Spanish, Polish, and translation studies.

I am also licensed in:
-IV Nutrient Therapy
-Naturopathic Injection Therapy
